Delete Your Account
Deleting your account cannot be undone. There is no recovery window and no way for us to restore your data afterwards.
Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Concourse and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm when asked. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
Delete if you have already uninstalled
You do not need to reinstall Concourse. Email us and we will delete the account for you.
Send the request from the email address on your Concourse account — that is how we confirm the account is yours. We will delete it within 30 days, and usually much sooner, then reply to confirm.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed:
- Your Concourse account and sign-in
- Your connections to ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper, including the stored tokens and cookies for them
- Our copy of your fantasy data — the leagues, teams, matchups, rosters, scores, and records Concourse synced in order to display them. Your leagues themselves are not touched.
What is kept
One non-identifying record survives deletion: a one-way SHA-256 hash of your account's internal ID, together with the date the account was deleted.
It holds no name, no email address, and no fantasy data, and it cannot be reversed to identify you. We keep it for a single reason — so we can confirm that a deletion happened if you ever ask us to verify it.
What is not affected
Deleting your Concourse account does not affect your accounts on ESPN, Yahoo, or Sleeper, and does not change anything in your leagues on those platforms. You will need to manage those accounts directly with each provider.
