Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Concourse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Concourse is
Concourse Fantasy ("Concourse") is a read-only fantasy football dashboard. It lets you view your own fantasy leagues from platforms such as ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper in one place — scores, matchups, rosters, and notable plays across your leagues. Concourse displays your data; it does not act on it.
Read-only means read-only. Concourse never sets lineups, makes trades, sends messages, or takes any other action in your fantasy accounts. You manage your teams in the platforms' own apps.
Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Concourse.
- One account per person. Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Connecting your fantasy platforms
When you connect a fantasy platform, you authorize Concourse to access your own account data on that platform, on your behalf, for the purpose of displaying it to you. You represent that the accounts you connect are yours or that you are authorized to connect them.
Your use of ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, and any other connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms of service. You are responsible for your compliance with those terms. If a platform changes or restricts access, portions of Concourse that depend on it may stop working; we will do our best to communicate clearly when that happens.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Concourse to access data belonging to someone else without authorization;
- probe, scrape, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to access it by any means other than the app and interfaces we provide;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the service or the data it provides;
- use the service in violation of any applicable law.
Third-party platforms and data accuracy
Concourse is an independent product of JF Digital LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, or the National Football League. ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, NFL, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
The scores, projections, and league data shown in Concourse come from the platforms you connect. We display it as provided and work hard to keep it current, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. The platforms' own apps remain the authoritative record of your leagues. Do not rely on Concourse as the sole basis for any decision with financial consequences.
Availability and changes
Concourse is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes, but we are not liable for unavailability, data delays, or discontinuation.
Termination
You can stop using Concourse and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Support page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL ALWAYS BE CURRENT OR CORRECT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JF DIGITAL LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JF Digital LLC from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service, including any unauthorized connection of accounts that are not yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Concourse after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
